ADOS/Director of Youth Education and Vocational Programme Manager
Terry has been involved in education since his time in the Royal Engineers when he specialized in various subjects pertaining to his regiment's structural requirements. In 1989, he moved to Paraguay, where he worked for over 18 years as an EFL instructor. As Head of English in some of the higher profile private schools, Terry was responsible for the English education of students from pre-school to 18 years of age. Terry has a PhD. from a university in Miami, Florida and is presently studying for a diploma in Centre Management with International House, London. Terry speaks Spanish, English, Guarani, Jopara and a little Portuguese.

Director of Studies
Karen was born in South Africa, but settled in the UK with her husband at the end of 2006. She has been teaching English as a foreign language since 2001, when she moved to Taiwan. There she worked as an EFL teacher, and then a Head EFL Teacher before relocating to the UK to work, first, as an EFL teacher and, then later, as a Director of Studies. She has a Trinity TESOL Certificate from IALF in Bali, Indonesia and is studying towards her Diploma and Masters degree in TESOL. She holds a BA degree majoring in Archaeology and Classical Culture from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Project Manager Daniel joined Tellus in 2008 tasked with the launch of "Tellus Languages Abroad". His background in Business Development, Marketing, recruitment and the provision of interpreting and relocation services made him the ideal candidate to head this project. Highly motivated Daniel is also currently preparing a Masters in Sociology at the Jagiellonian University. “Learning languages is not as much about communication as about understanding”

Marketing Coordinator
Country Coordinator and Team Leader (Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia) Ania joined Tellus as a Team Leader and Country Coordinator for Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia in 2007. She completed a Degree in International Relations with Spanish in 2007 at the University of Plymouth. Alongside her studies, Ania worked in various customer service jobs. In Tellus Group Ltd, Ania is managing different projects as well as managing a team of other Country Coordinators. She speaks Polish, English and Spanish.

Agent and Individual Applicant Coordinator
With a background in Sales and Marketing, both Real Estate and Recruitment, Nerys joined the Tellus Group in 2009 following several years experience as a Business Development Advisor within the field of Learning and Development. With highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, she speaks Spanish, French and German and is a passionate believer in high customer service principles.

Student Services Manager

David arrived in Plymouth in August 2009 from Spain where he taught English Language for four years. For several months prior to returning to the UK he taught business English. His career to-date has been both institutional and commercial. All of his roles have been people-orientated, an arena within which David is most at home.
